Job summary

The MM oversees shipping, replenishment, omni-channel, price changes, and markdowns, while guiding a team of Task Associates. This role focuses on performance, people development, and process excellence.

The MM reports to the Operations Manager and must balance guest service with operational discipline to achieve APGs and ensure store success.
