Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1–2+ years of fast-paced, retail management or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to manage a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet store goals.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and cost control.
• Manage scheduling, payroll budgets, and workload across channels.
• Lead theft prevention, inventory control, and loss prevention efforts.
