Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in fast-paced retail management or other relevant work experience.
• Financial management: driving top-line sales, interpreting reporting data, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expenses.
• Retail management: monitoring inventory levels, executing merchandising directives, and delivering service culture.
• Leadership: experience attracting, developing, and motivating top talent and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals related to sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and expense control.
• Leverage forecasts and budgets to optimize scheduling and staffing.
• Review financial and operational reporting and respond to results in a timely manner.
• Lead associate development, training, feedback, and coaching to improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with policies, dress code, safety, and store procedures.
