Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed store goals.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and sales growth.
• Support with scheduling and payroll budgeting to maximize productivity.
• Review financial and operational reporting and act on results.
• Lead guest engagement and demonstrations to drive sales and guest service.
• Ensure adherence to policies, dress code, and company standards.
• Provide training and development feedback to associates.
