Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1-2+ years of fast-paced retail management or related work experience.
• Experience with driving top-line sales and managing payroll budgets.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed store goals in retail and service sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth, and expense control.
• Review and analyze financial and operational reports and act on findings.
• Lead and develop a diverse team, coaching and training to enable growth and drive sales.
• Ensure execution of store tasks including shipment, replenishment, pricing changes, and markdowns.
