Job summary

Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. in Torrance, CA, seeks a customer-focused associate to deliver a highly satisfied shopping experience and keep the store clean and organized. You may be cross-trained to work in multiple areas to support the business and help guests with purchases and returns.

You will promote credit/loyalty programs, uphold merchandising standards, and participate in store recovery, safety, and loss prevention while maintaining a positive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Accurately ring purchases and returns and manage cash handling per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the floor.
• Participate in store recovery and ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Support and adapt to cross-training in multiple store areas.
• Contribute to a positive store culture through honesty and respect.
• Assist in loss prevention and safety initiatives.
