Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is hiring for a retail associate in the United States. The role centers on delivering a highly satisfying customer experience, engaging with shoppers, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment across our Marshalls locations.

You’ll model customer-centric practices, support a positive store culture, and follow loss prevention, merchandising, and operating procedures while collaborating with teammates to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to established operating procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows established merchandising procedures and standards.
• Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
