Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining store standards.
• Accurately ring purchases/returns and follow procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and process merchandise for the sales floor.
• Participate in safety, loss prevention and store recovery.
• Support and participate in shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
