You will adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards and may be cross-trained to support store needs.

• Retail customer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising philosophy and follows established procedures and standards.
• Accurately processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor.
• Initiates and participates in store recovery and maintains cleanliness of the store.
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback.
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Supports shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Participates in safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
