Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a team member for Marshalls in Stockton to deliver a superior customer experience and keep a clean, organized store. You will engage customers, promote rewards programs, and follow safety and loss-prevention policies while supporting merchandising and daily store operations.

Responsibilities include ringing transactions, assisting in stock preparation, and maintaining a positive store culture with attentive service. Prior retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Model and deliver outstanding customer service to every customer.
• Accurately ring purchases and returns and count change per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare items for the sales floor.
• Support store recovery, cleanliness, and safety throughout the day.
• Assist in loss prevention and adherence to labor policies.
