Acosta is seeking a Retail Media Manager to lead and mentor junior staff while driving retail media strategies across sponsored search and programmatic campaigns. The role focuses on building relationships with media agencies, client teams, retailer partners and technology partners to align strategies with business goals.

The candidate will manage performance analyses, optimize bidding and placements, and present insights to stakeholders. Strong leadership and industry knowledge are essential.

Formación

• 5-8+ years of experience in managing retail media sponsored search and programmatic ad solutions
• 2+ years of experience leading and coaching a team, ideally with 3-5 direct reports
• Understanding of SEM to pair with Programmatic
• Strong team player and hands-on contributor
• Proficient in performance marketing, optimization and online acquisition

• Train specialists in best practices and operational processes.
• Lead client meetings and present quarterly/annual reviews.
