Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking an Operations Specialist to serve as the operational backbone of the Chesapeake Media Group in Chesapeake, VA. You will oversee campaign operations, reporting, financial management, partner coordination, and process improvements to ensure on-time launches and compliant creative governance.

Your work will include financial reconciliation, revenue forecasting, KPI reporting, and cross‑functional collaboration with Sales, Merchandising, Marketing, and Finance to scale CMG

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in retail media, digital media, media operations, CPG, agency, or marketing operations.
• Strong project management, analytical, and organizational skills, including financial reconciliation and revenue forecasting experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Experience with Monday.com, Smartsheet, CRM, reporting platforms, and marketing technology preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CMG and COOP financial tracking and reporting, including reconciliation and forecasting.
• Partner with Finance and Sales to ensure accurate billing and revenue recognition.
• Maintain revenue forecasts, sufficiency models, and budget trackers.
• Manage campaign intake, project timelines, and execution workflows from request through campaign completion.
• Coordinate execution across Sales, Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, Creative, and external media partners.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting.
• Partner Relationships: Operational lead for media partners.
