Job summary

Fire Dept. Coffee is seeking a Senior Retail Media Manager to lead advertising across Walmart Connect, Amazon 1P, and other channels such as Meijer and H-E-B.

The role is hands-on, requiring budget management, campaign construction, and ongoing optimization based on performance data. You will collaborate with ecommerce, sales, marketing, creative, and replenishment teams to align media with promotions, inventory, and product availability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on retail media or performance marketing experience.
• Direct Walmart Connect experience is required.
• Experience with Amazon 1P Vendor Central is required.
• Experience building and optimizing sponsored search and display campaigns.
• Experience with DSP or programmatic campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop retail media campaign plans and budget recommendations.
• Manage campaigns directly in Walmart Connect and Amazon Ads for the Amazon 1P business.
• Build, launch, monitor, and optimize sponsored search, display, and DSP campaigns.
• Coordinate campaign timing and media support for promotions, new product launches, and retailer programs.
• Create regular performance reporting with clear findings and actions.
