Job summary

Swell Media is seeking an accomplished Retail Media and Commerce leader based in the United States who will own and optimize multi‑retail strategies across Amazon, Walmart, Target, and associated networks. You will drive growth, improve ad efficiency, and mentor a hands‑on team of RMN professionals and project managers.

You will combine deep platform knowledge with a passion for coaching, testing automation, and cross‑functional collaboration with DTC and GTM teams to deliver measurable revenue

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in retail commerce and marketplace management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the agency's most important retail relationships and mentor staff.
• Oversee strategy across Amazon, Walmart, Target and other retailers.
• Drive ROAS/iROAS, TACoS optimization, and digital shelf health.
• Collaborate with DTC, Paid Social, and go-to-market teams.
• Develop playbooks and training to elevate the team.
