Job summary

Goodwill North Central Texas in Fort Worth is seeking a Material Handler to support store operations. The role handles donations, prepares merchandise for sale, restocks softlines, and keeps the sales floor organized.

Responsibilities include moving items with material handling supplies, answering phones, cleaning work areas, and performing other duties as requested. Prior retail material handling experience and being a reliable team player are preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail material handling preferred.
• Ability to recognize quality products in softlines and merchandise softline product in preparation for the sales floor.
• Team player.

Responsibilities

• Sort and prepare merchandise for sale.
• Move and transport donations using material handling supplies.
• Restock depleted merchandise (softlines only).
• Answer telephones.
• Maintain appearance and merchandising of the sales floor and work area.
• Perform cleaning functions in all areas of the store.
• Other duties as requested.
