Job summary

Goodwill Dallas is seeking a Material Handler to support donation processing in our Dallas facility. You will sort, store, and move donated goods, maintaining safe workflows to maximize impact.

Responsibilities include receiving materials, tracking inventory, operating forklifts, and collaborating with teammates to meet daily goals. Prior warehouse experience and basic computer skills are preferred. This is a full-time, on-site role with opportunities for training and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience with inventory systems a plus.
• Ability to operate forklifts safely.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and organize donated materials for processing and storage.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and track movement of goods.
• Collaborate with team to distribute materials to departments.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Keep workspace clean and adhere to safety standards.
• Assist in loading/unloading trucks and securing goods.
• Communicate issues with supervisors and team promptly.
• Participate in training to improve material handling and safety.
