Job summary

Goodwill Industries Of Dallas Inc is seeking a Material Handler to support donation flow and distribution. You will receive, sort, and organize donated materials, maintain inventory records, and help move goods within the facility.

You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, assist loading/unloading, and help keep the work area safe and clean. Strong team communication and basic computer skills are valued; previous warehouse experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in warehouse or distribution preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory tracking systems a plus.
• Knowledge of safety procedures in a warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and organize incoming donated materials for processing.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and track movement of goods.
• Collaborate with team to distribute materials to departments and outlets.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Assist in loading and unloading trucks and secure handling of goods.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area following safety protocols.
