Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking a Material Handler, Retail to move, store, and retrieve donated products within a production environment and to support efficient warehousing operations.

The role requires operating pallet jacks, walkie stackers, and forklifts, with emphasis on accuracy, safety, and teamwork. Pre-employment drug screen and 18+ age are required; weekend/evening hours may be needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous storage, moving or shipping/receiving experience is helpful.
• Able to obtain Powered Equipment Operator certification and operate hydraulic baler and forklift.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work varied schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Move, store, and retrieve donated products in a production environment.
• Operate pallet jack, walkie stacker, forklift and other equipment as needed to move items.
• Ensure materials are available to minimize downtime and maintain orderly work areas.
• Prepare items for shipment and track goods shipped and received at the retail docks.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace and adhere to safety policies.
