Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont is hiring for a role that involves greeting donors, unloading donations, and pricing merchandise. You will move items to the sales floor, maintain cleanliness, and support the team with various duties.

No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive training. This position is full-time with benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors, assist with unloading donations, and provide receipts.
• Sort, inspect, and price merchandise following safety and quality guidelines.
• Move items to the sales floor and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Load/unload donation trailers and handle custodial tasks.
• Track donation counts accurately and maintain store cleanliness, including cart retrieval.
• Report safety, theft, or security concerns to management.
• Support the team with additional duties as needed.
• Work indoors and outdoors with exposure to the elements.
