Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Market Leader for its Miami studio to drive local sales, marketing programs, and customer experience. You will lead a team, develop local strategies, manage events, and optimize performance against KPIs in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires 8+ years in sales leadership, automotive experience preferred, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. You will partner with cross-functional teams to elevate brand awareness and ownership in the local market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of team sales management experience with proven track record to meet or exceed goals
• Automotive experience preferred
• Experience making data driven decisions and holding the studio accountable to KPI’s
• Experience leading sales management and driving results through others
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and adhere to deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce)

Responsibilities

• Lead overall performance and outbound marketing efforts for the local market.
• Manage studio operations, training, coaching and goal setting to drive sales and brand exposure.
• Create and execute local marketing and event opportunities to increase ownership and awareness.
• Oversee budget, vendor management, and KPIs for retail marketing programs.
• Ensure exceptional customer experiences and strengthen brand presence in the market.
• Develop succession plans and career paths for studio staff and leadership.
