Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. in Arizona seeks a Market Investigator to ensure store operations comply with company programs and policies.

You will monitor loss prevention, safety, and training, reporting to the Director, Loss Prevention or Regional Manager, Loss Prevention, and collaborating with Field Managers and Corporate Partners. You will conduct monthly LP audits, advise managers on improvements, train teams on procedures, and monitor cash and inventory loss trends while supporting asset protection

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma; college preferred.
• Prefer store management experience in retail or related fields.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience training others in procedures and compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly LP audits and score store performance based on criteria.
• Report audit findings to Store Manager, Field Manager and Corporate Management.
• Advise Store Managers on improving the in-store experience based on audits.
• Train Store Managers and team members on procedures and compliance including Cash Management and Safety.
• Monitor District Cash and Sales losses and investigate trends.
• Support special projects impacting market operations and program implementation.
