Job summary

Family Dollar Operations LLC in Houston, TX seeks a Market Investigator to ensure stores adhere to company programs and daily procedures. You will monitor Asset Protection, security, safety, and personnel training across markets and report to Loss Prevention leadership.

Responsibilities include conducting monthly LP audits, reporting findings, training store managers, and guiding teams to improve in-store operations.

Qualifications

• Completion of high school or equivalent; college preferred.
• Retail or loss prevention training is a plus.
• Ability to travel locally and overnight as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly LP audits and score store performance.
• Report audit findings to management and store personnel.
• Advise stores on improving in-store operations based on audits.
• Train Store Managers on procedures: cash, LP, security, safety, and display.
• Assist with team member training in these areas.
• Lead store meetings with APS, staff, and managers.
• Monitor and investigate cash and inventory loss trends using reports.
