This full-time role requires travel regionally, strong analytical skills, and ability to train staff in LP procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret and explain operational directives.

Responsabilités

• Conduct monthly LP audits and report findings to managers.
• Advise managers to improve in-store operations based on audits.
• Train staff on LP procedures including cash handling and safety.
• Plan store meetings to review policies with teams and APS.
• Monitor loss prevention metrics and investigate trends.
