Ole Red Nashville is seeking a Retail Manager to lead a team in delivering guest experiences that celebrate our musical legacy while overseeing shop operations, guest service, sales, merchandising, compliance, and HR. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
3+ years' retail management experience preferred.
2+ years' supervisory or leadership experience required.
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Able to work during peak times, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Oversee profit and loss performance, including sales, labor, and inventory control.
Identify opportunities to drive sales and implement SOPs to increase traffic, conversion, and basket size.
Perform HR functions of the retail staff—recruitment, training, and development—and provide performance feedback.
Institute and uphold exceptional guest service and maintain team integrity and collaboration.
Schedule staff to align with labor budgets and manage payroll for hourly staff.
Partner with corporate team to optimize product, pricing, promotions and marketing.
Drive merchandising, maintain stocked and visually appealing space, and optimize product presentation.
Support security, cash control procedures, and audits as required.
Communicate and uphold corporate standards and policies across the venue.
