Job summary

Ole Red Nashville is seeking a Server who helps create unforgettable dining experiences that celebrate live music and great food. You’ll take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure friendly, attentive service from start to finish in our fast-paced venue.

You will greet guests, know the menu, upsell, handle POS and cash, and adhere to alcohol service policies while maintaining clean dining areas and supporting the team during peak hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in restaurant operations preferred.
• POS check and cash handling experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and sincere welcome.
• Demonstrate knowledge of menu and daily specials; respond to inquiries and upsell.
• Proactively address guest needs with professionalism and positivity.
• Take food and beverage orders and input into POS accurately.
• Deliver orders promptly and verify accuracy and presentation.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and request proper ID.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and reconcile at shift end.
• Maintain clean dining and service areas; pre-bus and bus as needed.
• Attend pre-shift meetings and perform opening/closing duties as assigned.
• Follow all safety, security, and brand SOPs; report issues to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
