• 3+ years of retail management experience preferred.
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent with Microsoft Office and retail POS system functionality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee profit and loss performance, including sales, labor, and inventory control.
• Identify opportunities to drive sales and implement SOPs to increase traffic and basket size.
• Perform HR functions: recruit, train and develop a high performing team.
• Institute and uphold exceptional guest service and share pride in our venue’s legacy.
• Schedule staff to align with labor budgets and manage payroll for hourly staff.
• Partner with corporate retail to optimize product, pricing, promotions and marketing.
• Drive merchandising to maintain a visually appealing retail space and product placement.
• Support security, safety, cash control, and inventory processes.
• Communicate and uphold corporate standards; participate in audits.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
