• 4+ years retail experience required; 2+ years supervisory/leadership preferred.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Support guest service and drive revenue through operational excellence.
• Lead staff in sales, merchandising, and scheduling under SOPs.
• Assist in HR functions including recruiting and training.
• Monitor KPI like sales, labor, and inventory.
• Ensure payroll accuracy for hourly staff.
