Windsor Fashions Puerto Rico LLC in Bayamón, PR is seeking a Part-time Manager in Training to support store leadership and drive sales. You act as an Assistant Manager while completing training courses and hands-on experience for a keyed position.

You will collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve productivity, shrink control, and payroll targets. You will coach a team of up to 25 stylists, build a strong talent network, and maintain Windsor Visual Guidelines to present a polished store

Competenze

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Proven leadership and team motivation abilities.
• Effective communicator in group and one-on-one settings.
• Able to stand, bend and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Reads, writes, and speaks English.

Mansioni

• Drive store sales and manage daily operations on the sales floor.
