Job summary

Windsor Fashions in Baton Rouge is seeking a Part-time Windsor Manager in Training to develop into a Store Manager. You’ll support the Store Manager, coach a team of up to 25 stylists, drive sales, manage payroll, and uphold Windsor's Visual Guidelines while delivering an Omni-channel Oasis experience.

This role requires leadership, strong communication, and a hands-on approach to training, onboarding, and daily operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience or 6 months with Windsor
• Experience coaching and developing a team of up to 25 employees
• Strong communication and guest-service focus

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and KPI performance, including payroll and expenses
• Lead, coach and train stylists, delivering an Omni-channel Oasis experience
• Maintain Windsor Visual Guidelines and merchandising directives
• Ensure smooth daily operations and on-floor leadership in partnership with the Store Manager
