Job summary

Windsor Fashions Puerto Rico LLC in Mayagüez is seeking a part-time Windsor Manager in Training to become part of our future leadership team. You will act as an Assistant Manager while gaining hands-on experience and taking required courses to advance to a keyed position.

Responsibilities include driving store sales, coaching a team of up to 25 stylists, managing onboarding, and ensuring adherence to Windsor merchandising and visual standards.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Proven leadership experience with ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees.
• Effective communication in group settings and one-on-one conversations.
• Willingness to receive feedback and continuously improve.
• Flexible and reliable schedule; ability to stand, bend and lift up to 25 lbs; read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to ensure store success and act as a sales leader on the floor.
• Host the in-store experience to build brand loyalty and deliver an omni-channel Oasis experience.
• Assist Store Manager in talent scouting, onboarding, and developing the team of up to 25 employees.
• Organize and plan operations to execute daily tasks and maintain Windsor Visual Guidelines and Merchandising Directives.
• Lead by example, communicate clearly, and foster a culture of continuous improvement with stylists.
