Job summary

Windsor Fashions Puerto Rico is seeking a part-time Manager in Training to become part of our leadership team. You will act as an Assistant Manager while completing courses and gaining hands-on experience to progress to a keyed position.

You’ll coach a high-performing team, drive store productivity, and uphold Windsor policies and visual standards. The role focuses on sales leadership, talent development, and ensuring an Oasis customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail management experience.
• Proven leadership ability to coach up to 25 staff.
• Excellent communication skills in group and one-on-one settings.
• Flexible, reliable schedule with ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain KPI performance on the sales floor.
• Lead and motivate a team to deliver Windsor Oasis experience.
• Recruiting and talent development in partnership with Store Manager.
• Ensure store operations run smoothly and merchandise presentation.
• Uphold Windsor policies and Visual Guidelines.
