Job summary

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and brand loyalty as part of the sales-directing team.
• Assist Store Manager in talent sourcing and onboarding to build a strong talent pool.
• Plan and organize daily operations and schedules to meet store goals.
• Lead by example, coaching and recognizing stylists to foster improvement.
• Uphold Windsor policies, integrity, and brand standards in all actions.
