Maurices Incorporated is seeking a Manager in Training (MIT) in Albuquerque to partner with the store manager and teams to meet sales goals and uphold customer-focused standards. You will participate in a training program designed to prepare you for a Store Manager role within 3–6 months, with relocation to a new or group of stores as needed.

You will help manage staffing, visual standards, and daily operations while developing leadership skills and fashion knowledge to drive performance across

Competenze

• High School Degree or GED required; a business or retail merchandising degree preferred.
• Supervisory experience required in a customer focused environment; experience in the fashion industry preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving and setting goals and executing company direction.
• Experience in hiring, promoting, and motivating talent.
• Proven ability to lead by example, make sound decisions, and demonstrate professionalism.
