You will become knowledgeable across product areas, uphold company policies, and promote sales and promotions, acting as store leader in the Manager's absence.

You will help supervise staff, manage inventory and drive store profitability while delivering outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualificações

• Retail experience in footwear and athletic apparel preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Store Manager in controlling store assets.
• Help establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Step in for Store Manager in their absence and supervise staff.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department goals and standards.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and promote merchandise and services.
