Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.

• Previous supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations as Manager On-Duty with the management team.
• Maximize profits and customer service by following policy and guidelines.
• Plan, organize, and direct store activities under the General Manager.
• Ensure high level of customer service and resolve complaints satisfactorily.
• Maintain merchandising standards and store cleanliness; ensure efficient product flow.
• Train and develop Associates and Leads; coach management staff.
