Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in business-related field preferred.
• Previous experience in a supervisor role.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Demonstrated ability to act in a mature and conscientious manner.
• Ability to supervise a large number of associates.
• Strong decision-making, communication, and merchandising skills.
• Successful completion of all required background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Maximizes profits and customer service by leading and operating the store in accordance with Company policy.
• Operates the store as the Manager On-Duty with the management team.
• Plans, organizes, and directs store activities under the General Manager.
• Maintains highest level of customer service and resolves complaints satisfactorily.
• Maintains merchandising and cleanliness and ensures product flow under GM direction.
• Trains and develops Associates and Leads.
• Coaches and develops the Management staff under the GM.
• Keeps effective communication with staff via daily briefings and meetings.
• Assists GM in creating store schedules for adequate coverage.
• Consults with GM on associate and manager performance.
• Supports community relations and partnerships to enhance store reputation.
• Duties may vary depending on store size or volume.
