Maurices in League City, TX is seeking a Manager in Training to partner with the store team on sales goals and customer focus. This program prepares you for a Store Manager role within 3–6 months through hands-on training and relocation to a specific store or group.

You will lead by example, develop talent, manage scheduling and payroll, and uphold visual and service standards while delivering strong store performance.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED required; a business or retail merchandising degree preferred.
• Supervisory experience required in a customer focused environment; fashion industry experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving and setting goals and executing company direction.

• Must commit to a specific store location or group of stores.
