Maurices Incorporated is seeking a Manager in Training to support the store manager in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. You will participate in a training program designed to prepare you for a Store Manager position within 3–6 months, relocating to a new or group of stores.

You will actively participate in all training modules, supervise team performance, and contribute to talent development while maintaining strong store standards.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required; merchandising or business background helpful.
• Experience supervising and guiding team members in a customer-focused setting.
• Ability to hire, promote, and motivate talent and lead by example.
