Lush North America is seeking a Manager in Training in Meridian, Idaho to join our ethical beauty brand. You will support store leadership, drive customer experience, and contribute to sales goals in a fast-paced retail setting.

As MIT, you’ll grow leadership skills, learn responsibilities across operations, and uphold our values of fairness, sustainability, and cruelty-free cosmetics while building a diverse store culture.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years managing or supervising in a retail environment.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Strong customer service, supervisory and sales skills.
• Knowledge and interest in skincare, natural beauty and ethical business.
• Ability to work flexible hours including holidays, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Surpass daily sales goals while delivering a unique, inclusive customer experience.
• Educate customers and staff on our brand values and positions on ethical practices.
• Increase product knowledge and provide informed recommendations.
• Drive sales through understanding budgets, metrics and reports on the shop floor.
• Lead and support the team to meet sales goals and customer service standards.
• Recruit, coach and develop staff to improve engagement and performance.
• Ensure store policies are followed for opening, closing and safety.
• Oversee scheduling and time/attendance to optimize staffing and payroll.
