Job summary

Lush North America is hiring a Manager in Training to support store leadership and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with the Store Manager and leadership team to uphold brand standards and drive sales goals.

You will develop leadership skills, learn operations, and promote from within, while championing ethical practices and customer engagement across our shops.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years managing or supervising in a retail environment.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Strong customer service, supervisory and sales skills.
• Knowledge and interest in skincare, natural beauty and ethical business.
• Ability to work flexible hours including holidays, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to exceed daily sales goals and provide a unique customer experience.
• Educate customers and staff on brand values and product ethics.
• Increase product knowledge and make informed recommendations.
• Demonstrate business acumen and manage floor metrics to drive profitability.
• Support the team on the sales floor, remove obstacles and motivate performance.
• Develop staff through coaching and by example to grow talent.
• Live brand values and adapt to changing business needs.
• Assist with staffing and succession planning in markets.
