Job summary

Lush North America is seeking an Assistant Manager in Idaho to lead daily store operations, coach staff, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will drive sales, embody our values, and foster growth from within the team.

As second-in-command to the Shop Manager, you’ll help meet sales goals, maintain brand standards, and nurture staff development while ensuring a welcoming, ethical shopping environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years managing or supervising in a retail environment.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Strong customer service, supervisory and sales skills.
• Knowledge and interest in skincare, natural beauty and ethical business.
• Ability to work flexible hours including holidays, evenings and weekends.
