Job summary

Lush North America in Meridian, Idaho, is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the shop floor and support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role emphasizes leadership, staff development, and daily operations to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years managing or supervising in a retail environment.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Strong customer service, supervisory and sales skills.
• Knowledge and interest in skincare, natural beauty and ethical business.
• Ability to work flexible hours including holidays, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Experience: exceed daily sales goals and deliver inclusive customer experiences.
• Building the Brand: educate customers on brand values and ethics in shop and outreach.
• Product Passion: deepen product knowledge and make informed recommendations.
• Driving Sales: use metrics and budgets to deliver profitable store results.
