Job summary

Sun Tan City - Dual Leverage Group is seeking a Salon Director in Training to drive store performance, deliver exceptional client service, and uphold operational excellence. You will supervise Tanning Consultants and lead by example in achieving productivity goals.

Night and weekend availability is required; a 5-day workweek with about 35 to 45 hours per week depending on hourly or salary status. Health insurance, PTO, flexible scheduling, and retirement benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Management or sales experience required.
• Beauty industry and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage in a fast-paced environment with multiple duties.
• Knowledge of client service techniques and operational practices.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
• Team-building and delegation skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations.
• Lead by example to create a client-centric experience and meet sales goals.
• Maintain a professional, clean salon environment.
• Set goals and coach team members to improve performance.
• Generate sales reports, manage inventory, and support salon director functions.
• Help control top-line revenue and expenses and staff levels.
• Work nights and weekends; 5-day weeks with 35–45 hours weekly.
