Job summary

Sun Tan City is seeking a Salon Director in Training to drive store performance, deliver exceptional client service, and maintain operational excellence. You will supervise Tanning Consultants and lead by example in daily operations.

The role requires strong leadership, sales focus, and the ability to manage schedules, training, and coaching to meet productivity goals. Expect a 5-day workweek with 35–45 hours and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Management and/or Sales experience required.
• Beauty Industry and/or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Basic Computer skills (Word/Excel/Outlook) required.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment and coach others.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example in client-centric service and sales.
• Maintain a clean and professional salon environment.
• Set clear goals and objectives for Team Members.
• Provide coaching, training and feedback to improve performance.
• Generate sales reports, manage inventory and assist with director functions.
• Help control top line revenue and expenses.
• Maintain proper staffing levels for productivity and service; work nights/weekends.
• Work a 5-day workweek with approximately 35–45 hours.
