Job summary

Sun Tan City is seeking a Salon Director in Training to drive store performance and deliver exceptional client experiences. You will supervise Tanning Consultants, coach staff, and maintain operational excellence to meet productivity goals.

This role rewards leadership, reliability, and team collaboration in a fast-paced retail setting. Expect to lead by example, manage schedules, and contribute to a positive, welcoming environment with strong customer service and sales focus.

Qualifications

• Management and/or Sales experience required.
• Experience in beauty industry and/or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
• Ability to manage in a fast-paced environment and delegate effectively.
• Proven leadership, coaching and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example to create a client-centric experience and meet sales targets.
• Maintain a professional, clean salon environment.
• Set clear goals for team members and provide coaching and feedback.
• Generate sales reports, manage inventory, and assist salon director functions.
• Help control revenue and expenses and optimize staffing for productivity and service quality.
