Job summary

RocketCareersite is seeking a Manager-In-Training for a full-time role with comprehensive benefits in a retail setting. The MIT will complete a training program under supervision, learn to manage daily store operations, and develop leadership skills to progress to Store Manager.

Key requirements include 5+ years in supervisory roles, strong coaching abilities, and a valid US driver's license. The role demands flexible shifts, including overnights and holidays, and good English communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a supervisor, lead or assistant manager in a retail or fast food environment.
• Ability to coach, train and develop your team to reach the next level.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• A High School diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid and infraction-free Driver's License
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written.
• Must be able to provide proof of authorization to work in the United States if hired.
• Flexible to work varying shifts, including overnight shifts and holidays.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 8 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds etc.

Responsibilities

• Complete the Manager-In-Training program under supervision and learn to manage daily store operations.
• Maintain a pleasant and courteous environment for customers and teammates according to company policies.
• Receive on-the-job training from Store Manager/District Manager before transitioning into a Store Manager role.
