Qualifications

5+ years of supervisory/lead experience in retail or fast food.
Ability to coach and develop team to higher levels.
Must be 21+ with valid U.S. driver's license and work authorization.
Must communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Willing to work varied shifts, including overnights and holidays.

Responsibilities

Complete MIT training under supervision of Store Manager.
Learn to manage, direct and supervise daily store operations.
Maintain a pleasant environment for customers and team members.
