United Pacific in the United States is seeking a Manager-In-Training to join our team. This full-time role includes on-the-job training under the Store Manager and District Manager, with the goal of advancing to Store Manager.

You will learn to manage daily operations, supervise staff, and deliver friendly service while adhering to company policies. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and performance-based increases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a supervisor or manager in retail/fast food.
• Ability to coach and develop your team to the next level.
• Must be 21+ years of age with eligible work status in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Proficient English communication, both written and spoken.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Willing to work varied shifts, including overnights and holidays.
• High School diploma preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily store operations under supervision.
