The role involves overseeing daily tasks, cost controls, inventory, program rollouts with marketing and culinary teams, and liaising with clients to ensure smooth service; a culinary or related supervisory background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree or A.A. degree with related experience.
• 3+ years supervisory experience in food service operations.
• Experience in healthcare/senior living environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of retail, food and catering trends; focus on quality and cost controls.
• Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills; proficient in budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily administrative and operational tasks.
• Handles all aspects of staff management.
• Manages budget development, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Keeps knowledge of marketplace trends.
• Controls costs and expenditures for the account.
• Oversees sanitation and safety of units.
