Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years retail or grocery management in high-volume setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Demonstrated leadership, motivation, and team-building abilities.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into action.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with wine/Italian products an asset.

Responsibilities

• Direct and organize store retail operations to maximize profitability.
